Muy interesante artículo en el que se habla, entre otros, de la diferencia entre picar código (code) y programar y por qué desde la industria y el estado se insiste en el primero pero no tanto en lo segundo. "Face it. Programmers throughout the ages have owed most of their skills on being self-taught. This is unlikely to change. It’s simply how programming works. In general, laymen might find much more practical benefit from system administration (which also involves shell scripting, primarily used as a form of task automation) than plain coding."
